Vehicle Interior Package Design Engineer

Our client is a leading independent provider of product engineering, research, testing information and certification to the worldwide automotive industry and is based in Warwickshire.
Carry out CAD Interior package work.
Produce interior packaging models and concepts designs for interior trim and systems.
Manage own activities.
Produce engineering reports
Investigation, assessment and application of new technologies
Liaise with suppliers and customers
Engineering Degree or equivalent
Experience of working within an OEM or engineering consultancy in an interior trim design and packaging role.
Experience of studio engineering may be an advantage.
Full working knowledge of CATIA V5
Knowledge of ergonomics and HMI would be an advantage.
Experience of concept and feasibility studies for interiors.
