Our client is a leading independent provider of product engineering, research, testing information and certification to the worldwide automotive industry and is based in Warwickshire who is looking for a Health and Safety Consultant.
The successful candidate will need to have an excellent record of spotting where action is required to improve things and working with others to effect a change.
Must have excellent communication skills and consultation skills but at the same time be very assertive and firm when required.
Able to work with senior colleagues to discuss possible strategies will be essential
The position will involve moving around an 800 acre site for much of the time, reporting back to the Senior Manager of Personnel and Security of any issues identified.
Conduct audits and spot checks across the Company
Selection process will include 2 interviews, psychometric tests and a presentation.
