Manage a manufacturing facility including production, maintenance , engineering and quality. Responsible for the assembly of a family of products whiles ensuring the supply chain of major parts and subassemblies are functioning effectively. Candidates should have proven people management skills and with lean experience. Must be able to contribute to the strategic management of the business.
Manage the assembly of a key product range via a team of supervisors. To implement best practice and to encourage lean and a continuous improvement culture.
