A small, friendly and hardworking company that specialise in high precision components; they work with very high precision machinery.
They work on a day shift pattern with overtime readily available. A well known local firm that have been trading for around 10 years and have a lot of repeat business.
The firm are looking for an experienced Toolmaker who has a solid background in press tooling. The role is working with very small, complex and high precision products; they work a lot with mobile phone providers at this moment.
If you have any further skills in wire erosion or have a background in AutoCAD, then we`d particularly like to hear from you.
As the firm is a small company, the position is as much about personality and enthusiasm as background; you`ll have the chance to learn new skills (eg CAD) and move up the company also.
A busy firm that have a very busy 2012 planned so you must feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
This is an immediate start on a day shift pattern (0730-1630, Mon-Thurs and 0730-1230 Fri) with overtime available. It`s a permanent role with a very attractive (and above average) hourly rate. Ideally, they`d like a person in before Christmas.
