Successful and growing business with a reputation for excellence in innovation, design and manufacturing. Centre of excellence based in the UK along with a manufacturing facility servicing Europe and a second base in China servicing the Asian market.
They are in a position to recruit an Engineering Operations Manager. Responsibility will be for new product introduction, maintenance, capital investment and to deputise for the Operations Director.
Candidates will have an engineering qualification and be very familiar with metal cutting processes and assembly within a batch production environment. Must be analytical with good problem solving skills and excellent communication and people management skills. Candidates should be ambitious and can demonstrate a sound track record of achievement within a dynamic engineering manufacturing environment.
