A designer and manufacturer of specialist equipment for the logistics and packaging industry are currently looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer.
Working from home, travelling in response to break down calls, servicing and installing baling and shredding machines. Engineers will be expected to provide a professional and timely response to all call out requests whilst delivering a class leading level of customer service.

Job Requirements
-The Service Engineer will have a proven background of multi repair days. Knowledge of baling or shredding machines would be advantageous although not necessary.
-A sound back ground in both electrical and hydraulic repairs.
-Ability to work under pressure, achieve tight deadlines both individually and as part of a team of
-Field Service Engineers will work a 5 day week (40 hrs) between the core business hours of 8.00 am to 5.00pm. Additional hours worked will be paid via overtime or through a banked hour's scheme. Engineers will also be required to provide weekend cover on a rota basis. Over night stays will be required as and when to reduce travelling times.
