A proven manufacturing manager with a good background in hot metal production and manipulation is required as part of the strategy of implementing lean and a culture change. This market leader with a global customer base sees this role as essential to take the business forward and to prepare for long term growth.
You must have experience of-
Managing a team of operators and engineers
Familiarity with hot metal processes such as foundry, forging, heat treatment.
Ability to develop a lean culture.
Be dynamic and a team player.
The salary range for this role is c£40,000pa depending on experience. Being educated to degree level would be an advantage but not essential.
