Our Client is looking to appoint two Principal Engineers with good working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems to provide leadership and direction during New Product Developments (NPD) and Care of Maintenance projects.

You will be responsible for:
- The creation and communication of project plans, tasks and deliverables and manage time to meet project deadlines.
- The successful project completion in accordance with all relevant standards and regulations, both internal and external.
- Representing the Engineering Function for your assigned project during the NPPD process ensuring two way communication and agreement of timing based on sound judgement and knowledge of the product and the project.
- Liaise closely with RandD/workshop to monitor prototype build and test of vehicles.
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing floor as necessary to support our product and assure specifications are being followed.

Applicants must have:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience of complex 3D CAD modelling, ideally using Pro-Engineer Wildfire 5.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership for engineering projects with substantial complexity and scope.
- Demonstrated ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical inputs from multiple and varied functions (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, etc.)
