Continuous Improvement Engineer - Automotive Consultancy and Testing - to £38,000 - Coventry

Can you offer a proven track record of identifying process improvements and successful implementation of Lean Methodology in a Consultancy / Research and Development Engineering environment? This role will see you drive the implementation of continuous improvement programmes across the business and requires the development and reviewing of quality/delivery/cost performance measures to identify priority action plans for targeting. Expectation for the role is and Engineering or Manufacturing related degree qualification with practical experience gained in a Transportation Engineering related environment and your experience must include process improvement delivery within non-production environments also.
