Maintenance Supervisor-Automotive OEM-Midlands and Halewood-Permanent-£35K PA

We have roles in both the Midlands and Halewood with an industry leading OEM for experienced maintenance supervisors with a background in the automotive (OEM or tier 1) sector. It will be managing a small team and the planned maintenance programme as well as producing PPM's on a shift pattern that is likely to be a 3 shift pattern (early, late and night).
You will need to have the following to be considered:
- Degree educated or currently studying a degree (engineering based)
- Supervisory maintenance experience in the automotive environment using CI plans and writing PPM schedules
- Multi skilled maintenance background using pneumatic and hydraulic machinery
If you have completed any Six Sigma qualifications, then that would be very advantageous as is a proven record of implementing lean techniques.
