Project Manager - Vibration Test Systems - Hertfordshire - £Neg

A highly motivated and talented Project Manager is required to join an expanding Global Projects Team on a permanent basis. This is a challenging, front line position responsible for both pre-sale and post-sale global projects.

The successful Project Manager will:
Hold a degree, BA/BSc or equivalent (Mechanical/electrical/engineering experience would be an advantage but not essential)
Proven experience in project managing medium scale projects in a global environment- including end user experience.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE 2, or equivalent).
Understanding of business processes and PM tools.
Good command of English, both spoken and grammar.
Experience of successfully working in a fast moving work environment.

Duties include:
-Project Manage all aspects from conception, contract award through to delivery and final customer acceptance
-Primary interface with customers / user / stakeholders
-Managing multiple projects at one time ranging from €500k - €3M
-Prepare and manage the project management implementation schedule to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
-Day to day management of project logistics, activities and resources
-Management of sub-contractors
-System integration management
-Project budget/financial management/PandL responsibility

As the Project Manager you will have a proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity along with strong leadership skills, and the ability to connect with and lead project teams.

This position may require some travel therefore you must be able and willing to travel as and when required.
