Excellent opportunity for a confident and driven individual looking to move into a sales role.
A leading UK national distributor to the automotive refinish industry requires a Sales Person to grow the sales in the given area.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that sales targets are achieved
- To promote and achieve new product launch targets
- To effectively manage the call cycle to optimise customer visits/service needs, you will be expected to make an average of 10 calls per day
- Use all appropriate sales aids to maximise the sales penetration in all calls
- To agree objectives, priorities and standards with the Business Manager
- To review performance via regular monthly business meetings
The most important attributes are positive attitude, confidence, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
You may already be a field sales representative or you be working internally with a desire to broaden your experience with a customer facing role.
Excellent people development skills, good negotiation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
Full training and support will be provided for someone with the right attitude although experience within a distribution environment is advantageous. This is a wonderful career opportunity with a clear route for progression. A full valid driving license is required.
