Senior Machinist - Motorsport - Oxfordshire - £Neg + Package

Motorsport Senior Machinist is required to work within a top of the range Machine Pattern Shop in the Oxfordshire area. This is a permanent role where training and internal progression is encouraged. The successful Machinist will assist the Department Foreman on a daily basis.
As the Senior Machinist you will be innovative and have experience in leading groups with a strong understanding of tool path programming manufacturing.
Continuous improvement and evaluation of current practices in the Pattern Shop are also a key requirement for this role
Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Leading a team of Machinists running over several shifts.
-Auditing and ordering tooling.
-Implementing and managing best practice.
-Auditing Measuring equipment.
-Maintaining housekeeping.
