CNC Programmer-5 Axis Experience

A specialist in the supply of formed and machined aluminium components to a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace and construction.
They operate out of a clean facility and are in the region of 50 staff providing materials to aeroplanes through to the Olympics next year.
The position is working under 2 supervisors on the shop floor under the guidance of the Operations Director.
They are looking for a competent CNC Programmer who can operate a 5 axis machine with Siemens or Fanuc controls. This role is quite varied and you will also be using 3 and 4 axis machinery but it is important you feel comfortable using the 5 axis. A person with a tooling background would be of interest as you`ll be setting the tools on the machinery; any CMM experience would be advantageous although not a necessity.
You must have the above experience to be considered as you`ll be expected to be able to work straight away; an apprentice or similar academic background would be preferable.
This is an immediate start on an hourly rate to be discussed at submission stage. It`s a permanent role based on 37.5 hours a week on days with paid overtime.
