£24k - 32k per year + Car + Bonus
Our cient is the global leader in door opening solutions, dedicated to satisfying end-user needs for security, safety and convenience and they are seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Supportand we welcome candidate to apply if you meet and surpass the criteria below:
- Provide technical support to all aspects of business surrounding sales and installed base
- Provide product advice to customers and staff via telephone and written communication.
- Weekly status reporting
- Provide general product maintenance support for company
- Liaise with suppliers for product information and problem resolution
- To support the sales team in developing innovative promotional concepts and programs.
- To become the product technical champion ensuring the team are made aware of all new standards, product changes or amended technical specifications
- Previous experience of IT based access control systems and/or examples of own hosted software environments
- Previous experience of electrical / mechanical engineering
- Experience in all main product areas, with an aptitude to learn about the technical aspects of new products and product ranges.
- Security background would be viewed positively
