First tier automotive supplier of mainly plastic components with an excellent order and currently developing an additional manufacturing facility. Processes include plastic injection moulding, paint and assembly. They have an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and delivery.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager to develop balance workflows, eliminating waste and improving productivity. Assess and analyse machine performance and future requirement. Analyse machine capability and manage the organisation of level one preventative maintenance. Candidates should have automotive experience with an engineering qualification and an excellent understanding of engineering processes. Must be good communicators and be able to work well with others.
Develop the process equipment to maximise performance, lead the implementation of new technology. Work closely with maintenance and influence the preventative maintenance process.
