Commercial Trainee - Construction Industry - Sales Based

Our Client is the leading offsite construction specialist of permanent modular building structures, with a reputation for innovation and design. Their key sectors include retail, local authorities, education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics and transport to name a few.
The firm are looking for a graduate to undertake a 18-24 month programme of education in their business. You`ll be trained to develop the skills and competencies required to undertake the commercial, planning and selling functions of the business with a view to work in whichever area most suits you. A very good opportunity that will allow you to learn about each aspects of their business and charter your own career with them for the future.
It s a role that will have you working across many of their sites which would mean a fair amount of travel spending time with different facets of the firm.
The key to this role is attitude and enthusiasm; they are looking for a person who they can invest in and look at as a long term employee. A degree is essential as is a driving license and this is predominantly a sales based role.
Any commercial selling experience, b2b or cold calling experience would be very useful. Computer literacy is a pre requisite.
A permanent role with a start at the end of the March; ideally they are looking to interview candidates on the 16.3.12 and the likely location of this would be Yorkshire. This is not guaranteed but please be aware that this is a possibility when applying.
