Our client is a leading global manufacturer and producer of large domestic appliances with well-known brand names and a 24% market share in the UK. Additionally, the company offers lifetime product support with a Customer Help Centre , a spares department stocking over 1 million parts and a team of 130 mobile engineers.
We are looking for a QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGER to manage the quality audit department and develop the company quality systems.
Reporting to the Quality Manager your main accountabilities will include developing Quality systems and implementing them to determine defective goods (and trends) are identified leading and training the team of Quality Auditors to ensure standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have an Engineering based background, Qualified to HNC level (as a minimum) and have a proven record of developing proactive Quality Systems.
