First tier automotive supplier of mainly plastic components with an excellent order and currently developing an additional manufacturing facility. Processes include plastic injection moulding, paint and assembly. They have an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and delivery.
The Shift Leader / Production Sypervisor will take responsibility for the day to day running of the shift maintaining all targets with the correct manning levels. Ensure productivity whilst maintaining quality and continuous improvement. The management of operators while and HSE requirements. On night shift the supervisor has responsibility for stopping production in case of quality or HSE concerns.
You will have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment - ideally automotive, required or working towards the NEBS Supervisory qualification or similar management qualification, have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
