A Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Manager is required to ensure the company's compliance to ISO 9001 / 14001. The role will support the production team to reduce waste and cost of quality, applying improvement techniques, strategies, audits etc. Development and maintenance of systems to measure performance such as Corrective Action Register (CAR) and to take or recommend action as appropriate to improve performance. Represent the Company to customers as a Quality ambassador and liaise with customers and suppliers as required.
Ideally degree qualified, candidates will have a demonstrable record of success as a Quality Manager within a SME manufacturing environment. NEBOSH qualification is advantageous. A good knowledge of process control tools and training techniques (Lean/Six Sigma) is required.
