Role 
In this challenging role as Sales Manager, you are responsible to effectively manage and support key original engine manufacturers in sector with the objective of developing and maintaining sales of engines and package solutions and to identify and develop new engine sales opportunities within existing and prospective large customers. You will report into the Regional Sales Manager. 

Responsibilities
-Meet or exceed the assigned customer sales plan for revenue and gross margin on sales of engines and package solutions through customer negotiation of prices and delivery
-Responsible for monthly sales forecasts, order intake and activity reporting and market input
-Manage existing and potential strategic customers by conducting regular planned visits and ensuring key opportunities are captured. Manage account plans for targeted, existing and potential strategic
-Promote the company's products and services through targeted customer visits, exhibitions, seminars and presentations.
-Contribute to customer support plans
-Improve Customer Satisfaction through effective management of accounts
-Responsible to provide prompt and accurate Commercial information and value package quotations to key customers and ensure follow up actions are scheduled and delivered.
-Responsible for managing technically complex projects from conception to completion, including installation support projects to meet Company and Customer specifications and deadlines.
-Develop new business opportunities in line with the defined segment strategy.

Qualifications

Higher education in engineering discipline desired / Technical background

Skills
Working knowledge of diesel engines and their application into the relevant market place
Proven track of substantial Sales experience, preferably within an engineering industry
English language capability at professional level
Business acumen, Commercial and negotiation skills with large accounts
Effective Communication Skills, Customer management, Project Management
Driving License
