Design Engineering Manager £50000-75000 d.o.e + car + bonus
As an experienced Engineering Manager with a solid background in Design, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering, you'll be required to contribute extensively to the on-going development of both the team, and product engineering.
We have multiple roles across the development teams, as such welcome applications from various backgrounds but with demonstrable skills around the details below:
- You'll have experience leading a team of highly technical staff
- Ideally Chartered Engineer or working towards
- Leader in Process Improvements
- Manager New Product Introduction programmes, Audits, Improvements
- Manage strategic direction of product and team
- Manage capacity of team
- Work closely with Quality and Supply Chain teams
To be successful you'll have background in design, engineering, quality, management within a highly technical environment (Aerospace, Precision Engineering, Automotive etc)
The salary range for this role is £50-75k + benefits depending on experience.
Interviews are due to take place late October, with start dates expected prior to the end of 2012
