Manufacturing Manager - Electronics Assembly: £40-£50K

Established manufacturing business supplying the Aerospace and Defence sector, excelletn reputation for Quality, Productivity and Innovation. This role is to manage a team of 100 involved in Assembly and Test.
You must have experience with:
- Maximising production via a team of Operators and Equipment.
- Develop lean and a continious improvement culture.
- Have a good knowledge of electronic, PCB Assembly and Test.
The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 plus package.
You will be educated to Degree level which would be an advantage but not essential.
