A technical support consultant is required to provide advice relating to the selection and application of domestic heating products to both internal staff and customers of a market leader in domestic heating.
You will be a professional individual with a passion for customer service as you will have to provide technical support both via the phone and email as well as onsite where appropriate. Other responsibilities include;
- Representing the company at trade events
- Development of training courses
- Product performance monitoring
- Data analysis
This is a varied and in-depth role, in addition to technical support you will provide assistance in the preparation and development of case studies, sales tools and customer quotations.
