Sales & Marketing Manager (Intl)

Our Client is a member of a Global company that supplies products and services in flow control, process control and metal treatment. In support of their specialist manufacturing operation based in Cheltenham focuses on the supply of products and aftermarket services for the movement of aircraft on the ground.
As part of their continuing growth, our Client is seeking a Technical Sales and Marketing Manager (International) based from the UK to continue and further develop their Global presence for their range of standard and bespoke products. As a key member of the company’s senior management team, this role will provide leadership and vision to the organisation and technical sales team within their commercial and defence aviation markets.
This role will focus on:
- Sales growth
- Account relationships
- Marketing strategy
- Development of new business growth opportunities with supporting strategies based on an entrepreneurial approach
- Transform the way our Clients customers do business
- Leadership and excellent communication
You will need to:
- Have a proven and established senior sales career on a global basis within the aviation industry
- Target and successfully develop new customers
- Successfully continue the relationships and growth with existing customers
- Manage the internal team effectively
- Be able to travel internationally for at least 60% of the time
- Be qualified to degree level in an engineering subject with a supplementary management qualification
- Have a proven track record within a demanding and focused role
