Maintenance Engineer-OEM Based-Permanent
Warwick
A permanent role for an experienced Maintenance Engineer working for a market leading OEM in their Engine Project team based in Warwickshire, you need to have proven experience of PPM (including generating PPM schedules) and TPM in a production machining environment.
The essential skills required are:
- A proven track record in lean and leading Kaizen activities
- Degree educated (engineering)
- Analyses of production performance (process) advising ways to eliminate
sporadic and/or chronic losses
- Competent in liaising with other departments
A shift based role on a 3 shift pattern to include early late and night shifts; shift allowance paid on the late and night shifts also.
The role is heavily involved with driving efficiency across the plant, we are looking for a proactive individual who isn't afraid to offer new ideas and
