Mechanical Design Engineer - Warwickshire - £35-£45k DOE

A Mechanical Design Engineer with a solid background in Pro-E and ideally with industry experience in either compressors or superchargers (however this is not essential). Working for a growing technology company based in near to Southam, Warwickshire this Design Engineer role will be working directly with the Chief Engineer in the development of compressor and supercharger technologies.

The Design Engineer will work on development of application designs for the technology, requiring creative design solutions, practical engineering know-how and teamwork.

The role will involve:
- Creating CAD schemes, detail models, FEA and drawings.
- Liaising with suppliers and clients.
- Identifying design solutions and prioritising work.
- Controlling design documentation.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in innovative design, creating design solutions and the flexibility to work within a small team. Degree qualified within a relevant engineering discipline, knowledge of casting, machining or fabrication processes would be viewed advantageously.

The salary range for this role is £35-£45,000pa depending on experience and excellent career opportunities for this growing organisation.
