Industrial Engineer – Automotive – West Midlands – Circa £32k
An Industrial Engineer is required to work for a world class manufacturer and supplier to the global automotive industry.
The role has come about because of expansion of the team in response to an increase in demand.
You will have experience of:
* Statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards
* Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency
* Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders and related information to obtain knowledge if manufacturing methods, procedures and activities
* Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and costs
* Good knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
