Contract Mechanical Design Engineer - Automotive/Aerospace Test Rigs - Midlands - £Negotiable

A Contract Mechanical Design Engineer is required to support major new product development activities in the design and development of bespoke test rigs for the automotive, aerospace and general engineering industries based out of the Midlands.

As part of the company's product team this opportunity offers a challenge for an experienced engineer covering the conceptual design, development and integration of all electro, mechanical and mechanism within the test beds and rigs.

You must have experience with:

* Mechanical and/or Test Rig Design
* CAD Solidworks and/or AutoCAD
* Dynamic Parts/Mechanisms/Electrical Control Systems/Machine Tools/Equipment
* Design/Development/Integration

Due to the nature of the work and importance within the team contract rates are fully negotiable with the duration being based on rolling 6 months.
