An "In-sourcing" Special Vehicle project manager is required to support a major new development within a market leading design/manufacture of high end luxury/off-road vehicles based in the West Midlands.br
This role is part of an exciting new expansion of the team to meet increasing demands with the launch of future models within the Special Vehicle division.

You will assume Lead Project Management responsibility for the entire in-sourcing project including designing and executing the transfer plan from our current outsource organisation to in-house operation and will have:

-Responsibility for IT/systems development.
Procurement and Purchasing.
-Team induction, including training, guidance and development of team.
-Responsibility for IT/systems development Procurement and Purchasing.

You must have the following experience:
-Deep knowledge of the principles and processes involved in logistics management.
-Proven and successful Project Management experience in an Aftersales environment.
-High personal motivation and desire to succeed.
-Self-starter: takes the initiative and does not need to be led Is pro-active:
-Able to drive positive change in the team and department operations for maximum impac.
- Highly numerate - understands and utilises mathematical formulas,
-Able to think laterally and solve complex problems.
-Strong personal presence - possesses a natural authority that is not simply a function of age. 
-Have an established network of industry contacts to ensure alertness to new concepts and strategies.
-Understanding of current economic, technological and political factors that drive change in the automotive design and Aftersales environment.
-Ability to interpret these factors to create strategies for Parts and Accessories Inventory to deliver a competitive edge for our Client.
-Fluent English (written and spoken)
-Degree educated with further postgraduate qualifications an advantage:
