6 Month + Contract
Manage and take full responsibility for the stockholding of a range of parts and suppliers in accordance with the Company’s budgets, Logistics, supply chain, warehousing and customer service requirements.
Operate Stock Cover system, verifying and prioritising stock against percentage cover, usage and Customer Back Order Requirements.
Escalate parts using the following guidelines against Safety Stock requirements. The safety stock refers to stock in the warehouse. Lineside stock is not part of the safety stock. Failure to escalate supply issues in line with this procedure could cause a significant risk to the company.
General Requirements:
• Worked in a Materials analyst / Logistics or Supply chain environment
• Develop and maintain the Company stock management policies and procedures in strict accordance with the Company’s quality, environment, health and safety policies and procedures.
• Lead the resolution of Logistics and supply chain Queries for your suppliers.
• Administer supplier returns, supplier queries and the supplier recharge procedure.
