MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS–
AUTOMOTIVE – COLESHILL – £25,000pa + Shift Allowance + Benefits
We are recruiting 3 Maintenance Technicians (not necessarily multi-skilled) to provide hands on technical support to resolve any machinery or equipment problems to minimise downtime and ensure production efficiency within a high production automotive OEM manufacturing environment.
You will be working on the TPM/PPM maintenance of robots who are working on the production of new engines for the leading OEM based in Coleshill. An excellent opportunity with a firm that have very low turnover in staff, excellent purpose built manufacturing facility and genuine career options.
You must have:
- Experience with working in an automotive manufacturing environment with PLC's (Siemens S7/Allen Bradley); programming experience is not required.
- Qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical/mechanical discipline or a four year apprenticeship.
They react well to people with a keen attitude with intentions to learn and develop within the organisation; if you are electrically bias, then you must feel
comfortable with being put on courses to enhance your mechanical skills and vice versa.
The salary for this role is paying just under £25,000 per annum (rising by 15% after 2 years) + Shift + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus; the shift pattern is to be confirmed. The client is looking to interview candidates as soon as possible for a January 2013 start.
