Key responsibilities:
- Enhancement and rationalization of existing electric supercharger Design Verification Plan (DVP).
- Overall management and execution of DVP utilizing both existing internal facilities, new internal facilities and externally managed facilities.
- Development of key life durability tests to match different customer requirements
- Development and execution of vehicle-based durability testing/mileage accumulation
- Development and execution of bespoke tests to support ongoing engineering activities
- Delivery of written test reports and test procedures
- Analysis and summary of test results

Skill sets required:
- Significant experience of Design Validation testing in the automotive sector, preferably in the powertrain arena
- Self motivated with good analytical and problem solving qualities, able to work unassisted
- Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible approach suitable to working within a small team
- Adept at fault finding within complex test benches
- Familiarity with ISO and DIN standards for automotive Design Validation testing and preferably with familiarity of different OEM standards
- Project management of complex test plan with multiple test locations and providers, experience with MS Project preferable
- Availability and willingness to travel to support testing (UK and France)
- Working knowledge of calibration tools (e.g. ATI Vision)
- Working knowledge of LabVIEW for test control and measurement
- Experience of NVH and/or vibration measurement or condition monitoring would be considered beneficial
