Current Model Quality Project Engineer

Assist the Quality Quarterback in the control and resolution of current model warranty issues for a variety of suspension components. The main focus of this role will be to define the scope of the issue, identify root cause and lead technical resolution. This will require strong project management and effective use of relationships both internally and externally to achieve a robust and timely outcome. Reporting of progress will also be required to senior management as well as ensuring project deliverables are delivered.

Skills Required:
Strong project management skills. Effective communication at all levels. Robust problem definition and resolution. Ability to drive through multiple tasks to completion.

Skills Preferred:
Working knowledge of our client's systems preferred: AIMS, AWS, PAWS, FRED, feedback data base, topics, EPQR, workshop manual, DDW, PAWS. Advanced MS Excel user, Pivot tables, etc.

Experience Required:
OEM Experience. Supplier relationships/management. Warranty recovery experience. Management of multiple Quality improvement tasks. Problem solving, Six Sigma preferred. Working knowledge of AWS, PAWS and FRED.

Education Required:
Extensive experience would be preferred over education.
