Quality Data and Project Analystbr The Quality Business Office drives quality improvement by leading the Company"s quality strategy, quality targets (to achieve the strategy), quality improvement plans (to achieve the targets), provision of quality data analysis and insights (to support achievement of the quality improvement plans), management of the warranty task force to ensure warranty spend reduction targets are achieved and the deployment of business process excellence through the Business Excellence Model.

The primary responsibility of the Quality Data and Project Analyst is to continuously analyse warranty/roadside data to deliver to the business the quality data analysis and insights it needs to deliver quality improvement plans and achieve quality targets.

Skills Required:

• Effective interpersonal, presentation skills when working with all levels of the business.
• Proven team leadership capability with the ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.
• High level of IT Excel literacy.
• Experience of data analysis and statistical techniques/AWS (Analytical Warranty System).
• Conversant with problem solving techniques such as 8D, Quality Mapping, Minitab and 6-Sigma methodology.
• Experience of customer data and/or market research.
• Good planning and delivery focused project coordination Familiarity with quality data systems and data structures.
• Knowledge of Business Objects Universe and report generation High drive, self motivated and ability to deliver with minimal supervision.
• Committed, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• A tenacious approach to task completion.

Skills Preferred:
Conversant with problem solving techniques such as 8D, Quality Mapping and 6-Sigma methodology.

Experience Required:
Competent and experienced in data and statistical analysis techniques.

Education Required:
Degree level, in a relevant field/subject.

Additional Information:
Travel between sites is required, so full clean licence is essential.
