The Quality Business Office (QBO) drives OEM quality improvement by leading the OEM quality strategy, quality targets (to achieve the strategy), quality improvement plans (to achieve the targets), provision of quality data analysis and insights (to support achievement of the quality improvement plans), management of the warranty task force to ensure warranty spend reduction targets are achieved and the deployment of OEM business process excellence through the Business Excellence Model (TBEM). The primary responsibility of the Quality Projects Leader role is to lead and support development of both Forward and Current model quality improvement projects.

Skills Required:
The primary responsibility of the Quality Projects Leader role is to lead and support development of both Forward and Current model quality improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects to develop and implement monitoring of quality status per vehicle line and Centre of Competences across forward and current models, lead and maintain control of quality improvement plans for all OEM forward model and current model programmes. Development of 5yr Quality plans per vehicle line and per Centre of Competence ensuring key departments/stakeholders are integrated into the process. Drive progress on current and forward model quality improvement actions/plans. Support development of Current Model and Forward Model Quality Operating System processes (CMQOS, FMQOS) implement in-process metrics to drive performance and standardise to enable faster quality improvement. Leverage and build cross-functional relationships to support integrated and aligned quality project delivery. Support PVT, COC ,STA ,Service, Plant Quality, NSC and dealers.

Experience Required:
Skills, experience and qualifications required: Understanding/experience of some or all of PD PVT, PD Attributes, PD Centre of Competences, Manufacturing, STA, Service and Marketing. Proven project leadership capability. Experience of OEM Product Development and Launch processes. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects. High level of IT literacy. Proven application of process improvement tools and techniques inc 8D, and 6-Sigma methodology. Experience of customer data and/or market research. Tenacious to see a job through to completion. Self motivated and ability to deliver with minimal supervision. Committed, flexible and able to work under pressure. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the business. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Education Required:
Degree in a relevant subject or field.
