Project Driver/Planner.
Skills Required:
Must have good organisation and planning skills, and be an excellent communicator. Must have tenacity and steadfastness to follow through and complete delivery. Must be a motivated self starter who will go the extra mile to complete tasks on time, and use initiative to find solutions. IT skills - competent user of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and an aptitude to learn and apply new systems and processes. Hold a current driving license.
Skills Preferred:
A good working knowledge of Change Control, Product Definition, and Change Management processes is desirable, and in addition, IT skills - googlemail , and OEM systems knowledge of WERS, ALERTS, FALCON, Integrator, etc.
Experience Required:
Previous experience of whole vehicle programme delivery is a prerequisite. Project delivery using a Product Development System (ideally GPDS) is preferred, however, experience of project and/ or supplier management, meeting demanding timescales, maintaining budgetary control and achieving cost-effective delivery is considered a minimum requirement.
Experience Preferred:
Application of WERS/PACN/i3 (Integrator replacement).
Education Required:
Qualified to degree level in either an Engineering discipline, or Business discipline.
