Our client is one of the world`s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. Established for more than 60 years its product line-up has, more recently, moved into the design and manufacture of passenger cars, including electric vehicles.
We are recruiting for Senior CAD Interior Trim Engineer, initially on a 6-month contract based in Coventry.
As Senior CAD Interior Trim Engineer, you will design and develop Catia V5 models for the Interior / Exterior Trim Department, this includes headlining, pillar trim, quarter trim and load space models on current / new projects.
* Store working models into structured database to support project reviews and DMU processes.
Applicants are required to be degree qualified or hold a similar qualification, plus:
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Automotive experience is essential
* Good logic reasoning
* Be an effective team member contributing to improvements and high customer service.
* Demonstrates depth of knowledge in a relevant techical specialisty
* Experience in the `Team Centre` data management systems would be benefit.
