Sales Support Administrator SAP - JWT

A renowned food processing company based in East London are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator. The Adminsitrator will create and maintain customer data and sales orders information in the SAP and will be responsible for managing activities that relate to the sales module in SAP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Creating and Maintaining Customer Master Data in SAP.
Processing and maintaining all project and stock sales orders in SAP.
Communicating to Finance, Projects and Business Management about the status of delivery and invoicing documentation entered into SAP.
Organising all of the required marketing brochures and keep updated the web site information according to requirements.
Sales reporting using SAP.

The Administrator will be technically competent with experience in SAP, customer service, marketing and commercially competent with knowledge of administrative duties and the ability to manage data collection and ordering.

Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, good organisational skills and the adaptability to help develop and implement new systems.

Must be able to work well on their own initiative as well as part of a team whilst paying attention to detail.

Advanced MS Office skills.
