Design Engineer

Our client is aleading specialist provider of Smoke and Natural Ventilation solution systems for all types of new and refurbished building structures.
An experienced Mechanical Design Engineer is required.
Materials and essential industrial manufacturing processes (e.g. machining, extrusion, plastic and alloy molding etc.)
Design of mechanical electromechanical devices (e.g. small geared systems)
Design for manufacture and assembly
Rapid Prototyping, product testing and analysis
Project Management of whole development cycle
Design development from concept to series production
Identification of and liaison with suppliers
Candidate must be Degree qualified ideally in Mechatronics or Electrical/Mechanical engineering. Have good commercial experience, highlighting sandwich year from university degree won t be enough. A proven track record in Industrial Manufacturing Processes and experience of mechanical and electromechanical designed devices is essential. SolidWorks and AutoCAD is also required.
