Our client is a leading independent provider of product engineering, research, testing information and certification to the worldwide automotive industry and is based in Warwickshire. The company now has a vacancy for As Personnel Administrator to work a 32.5 hour week.  You will support the Personnel, Training and Professional Development Department. This clerical and administrative role will be responsible for arrangements for the company training programme, managing the administration of the Graduate and Apprenticeship training scheme and liaising with all relevant internal and external contacts, including all Training Providers, IMechE. IET and colleges.

With responsibility for the administration of the company Graduate Training Schemes, including on-line systems, your duties will include facilitation of scheme accreditation, liaison with Institutions, arrangement of mentor meetings, checking completion of quarterly reports, placement organisation, administration of the company Apprenticeship Scheme, liaison with the local college, provision of support to apprentices, facilitation and administration of relevant training, cross company training course administration, sourcing of providers, liaison with providers and course bookings, joining instructions, feedback forms and the training database. You will also be responsible for administration of the company Work Experience Programme, liaison with parents/schools and colleges, paperwork compilation, sourcing of placements within the company and the redesign and implementation of the new staff induction programme. Additionally, you will provide general Personnel and Training clerical and administrative support and other relevant duties which may be required from time to time.

It is essential you have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent, an NVQ Business Administration or equivalent experience and a driving licence. Ideally you will have provided clerical / administration support, preferably within an HR or Training Function previously and be used to working to strict deadlines. You will have undertaken a support role within a team environment, have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and good organisational skills. This role is for a 32.5 hour week.
