A Project Engineer Manager is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Whitley, West Midlands.
Description
Project Manager on 2015 Model Year Delivery. Planning, design, development, Release Drive PMST meetings & Manage supplier commitments via their commodity plan. Particular focus on cost management tooling, and piece delivery to target, associated concerns & PACN's. Ensure development activities are completed working with Development Engineer. Organise part ordering.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Exhaust system technical knowledge/ Supplier base awareness Exhaust delivery experience Evidence of cost management Problem resolution.
Skills Preferred:
Knowledge of our client’s release systems and procedures preferred. First tier exhausts supplier experience.
Details
Experience Required:
Proven delivery and design of exhaust systems. Capable of supplier management. Proven cost management and cost down experience. Capable of developing timing plans.
Experience Preferred:
NVH experience.
Education Required:
Engineering Degree.
