A Powertrain Programme Manager is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in the West Midlands.
Description
Management and control of Powertrain Relationships and Joint Ventures, supporting Senior Manager to complete tasks and investigations covering – OEM Engine supply and component sharing investigations, definition of China JV, issue resolution for Powertrain and all other Centre of Competence issues with OEMs.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Good broad Powertrain and car industry knowledge. Computer literate in googlemail, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint; valid UK driving Licence; ability to manage and run discrete task and small projects; very good communication and presentation skills
Skills Preferred:
Knowledge of OEM Product Creation System; OEM Product knowledge; good business acumen.
Details
Experience Required:
Programme management, vehicle programme or component delivery.
Education Required:
Degree level in Engineering or Business. Candidates with significant experience without degree will also be considered.
Additional Information:
Contract is based as Whitley but travel will be required to Gaydon. Candidate should be able to travel to other plants as required.
