World leader in the manufacture of high value alloy components to the Aerospace sector with a solid order book and driving towards lean and manufacturing excellence. There are over 300 employed on the site and they have a modern high tech machining facility.
To manage a team of experienced machinists and team leaders ensuring targets are met and to drive forward the business lean initiatives. Candidates should be proven people managers with a machining background and experience of working in a continuous improvement environment. Must be have an engineering qualification with good analytical and communication skills.
