A Technical Analyst is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Description
To aid Lead Engineers in maintaining Technical databases specific to Vehicle Cabin Systems.
Using systems tools to define component testing plans.
Maintaining status and reporting against testing plans.
Maintenance of Engineering Problem Tracking database.
Status of Problem Tracking Database Issues.
Creation of cost control documentation.
Creation with Lead Engineer and Group Manager releasing planning.
Status generation according to release plan.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
The individual needs to be:
Approachable and able to work with a number of people at any one time.
Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Able to manage multiple timing plans on multiple projects.
A self starter and have confidence to interact to extract necessary information.
Excellent communications skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels.
PC Literacy. Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc
. Any person supplied should have a valid UK driving licence and meet the medical requirements of facilities.

Skills Preferred:
Knowledge of automotive Test and Development processes. Working knowledge of project delivery processes. GPDS/FPDS/PPAP/eFDVS
Working knowledge of change management processes. AIMS, WERS etc.

Details
Experience Required:
Ideally the candidate will have automotive experience but is not essential, providing they have a technical background.
