We are recruiting for a Graduate Business Analyst on a 18-month fixed term contract based in Wolverhampton.
This entry level Graduate Business Analyst position will support the Mach 1 business transformation / SAP implementation. The right candidate will be involved in current process mapping and documentation, data cleansing and analysis, and implementation of a number of new IT systems.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Document as-is business processes and systems.
* Support development of project timing plans.
* Understand the to-be business processes and systems.
* Work with power users and SMEs to understand gaps to to-be processes.
* Cleanse data in preparation for transfer to new systems.
* Present results of data analysis in clear and concise formats.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience (required):
* Graduate (min 2:2) in a related field (Engineering, Science, Business or IT).
* High level of numeracy and IT skills (MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Knowledge Skills and Experience (advantageous):
* Sandwich or summer placements in related field.
* 6 Sigma or Lean Manufacturing knowledge/experience.
Behavioural Competencies / Personal Attributes:
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Team player.
* Excellent communications (written and spoken) skills.
* Willing to work hard and show initiative.
