Represent manufacturing at customer and product development meetings ensuring effective implementation of engineered manufacturing solutions. Plan, specify and control manufacturing processes and development. Take the initiative and direct relevant procedures to increase manufacturing efficiency. Participate in APQP procedures. Candidates should be well qualifies engineers, ideally apprentice trained with drive and talent.
Responsible for improving the manufacturing processes and to implement change effectively. Work closely with the manufacturing team to improve productivity. Liaise with customers and participate in development and engineering meetings. Develop and control the process by determining procedures, tooling and equipment.
