We are seeking a CAE Durability Analyst to work on the state of the art project - building and updating Simpack and LS Dyna whole vehicles. Running multi-body analysis loadcases using road models digits from actual test-track surfaces. Working on the active systems, e.g. ARC, CVD, and implementing into various CAE environments/Tools. Improving the current models of active system controls and working on the compatibility of same. Analysing load data and predicting vehicle failure modes in conjunction with Finite Element Analyses done in other CAE department - creating reports.

Skills Required
-Good knowledge of vehicle engineering including dynamics, strength and fatigue of engineering materials and the mechanics and dynamics of structural systems
-Experience in Vehicle Program delivery, preferably from a Vehicle Engineering perspective
-Experience with CAE tools as SIMPACK, ADAMS, Matlab Simulink, LS-dyna, nCode essential
-Background knowledge of Road Load data collection and analysis process
-Fundamentals of structural analysis for Body and Chassis systems
-A good understanding of Physics
-Minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering dependent on experience
