Programme Manager - Human Factors and Ergonomics - £DOE

Are you a project or programme manager with a sound understanding of human factors and ergonomics? Are you an HMI (human-machine-interface) expert?

A programme manager is required with experience of working with multiple teams and disciplines within, ideally, the automotive industry for a market leading manufacturer of high-end vehicles based in Gaydon in the West Midlands.

An ergonomics background is essential, whether as a project or programme manager or a different role. You will be responsible for the project developing the HMI (human-machine-interface) with specific focus on developing targets alongside other teams including design, engineering and marketing.

This role is perfect for someone with the following experience;

• Programme manager or project manager
• Ergonomics and human factors (essential)
• HMI (Human-machine-interface)
• Working in a consumer led product development environment
• A background in the automotive industry is a big bonus although not essential.

If you have a background as a project or programme manager but also with statistical analysis, especially of consumer data – ideally relating to ergonomics - to influence and support business decisions then this is a great role for you.

This is a contract opportunity with a market leading automotive manufacturer based in Gaydon, West Midlands although the role may require some travel to Whitley outside Coventry. Rates are highly competitive so please do not let this be a barrier to applying today.
