Operations Manager with a good background in the assembly and distribution of complex assemblies to demanding and prestigious customers. Process development, growth and a succession planning initiatives have created the need.
You must have experience of :-
- Managing a team of Team leaders and operators.
- Have a good understanding of assembly processes
- Good lean background
- Be enthusiastic and ambitious
The salary range for this role is £38-43k depending on experience. Interviews are due to take place mid February with a view to March start date. Being educated to degree level would be an advantage but not essential.
